Who you are: At Nectar Cannabis, we operate in a collaborative, team-first environment and are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Coordinators to support our Branding Department. The ideal candidates are strong communicators who enjoy managing multiple projects, coordinating across teams, and bringing structure to creative work while keeping timelines on track.
About the role: This role supports the development and launch of Nectar’s growing portfolio of cannabis brands across multiple markets. Working with teams including Branding, Marketing, Purchasing, Retail, and Operations, the Brand Coordinator helps keep projects organized, maintain timelines, and ensure launches execute smoothly as brand concepts move from idea to shelf.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Launch Support
• Assist with coordination of new brand and product launches
• Track launch timelines, deliverables, and project status
• Ensure required assets and materials are completed before launch deadlines
Project Coordination
• Maintain project trackers, checklists, and internal documentation
• Coordinate communication between Branding, Marketing, Purchasing, & Retail
teams
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups to keep projects moving forward
Asset Organization
• Help manage brand assets including packaging files, product information, and
marketing materials
• Maintain organized brand folders and documentation for easy internal access
Product & Packaging Support
• Assist with packaging development timelines and file coordination with designers
and vendors
• Track SKU information, product details, and launch documentation
Retail & Marketing Alignment
• Help ensure retail and marketing teams receive brand information and assets
needed for product launches
• Support preparation of launch briefs and internal communications
Administrative Support
• Assist with general brand team organization, documentation, and reporting
• Help ensure brand standards and documentation are consistently maintained
Qualifications:
Required
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams,
and SharePoint
• Interest in branding, product development, or marketing
Preferred
• Experience working with product brands, packaging, or marketing teams
• Familiarity with the cannabis industry
Compensation: $25/hr
