About the role:
The Flow Data Staff at Nectar play a vital role in ensuring accurate data collection and management within the inventory process. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our inventory management system and supporting the overall operations of the Flow Team.
At Nectar, we operate as a team-first environment, and all Flow Team members are responsible for ensuring the work is completed every week—no matter what time of day or night it takes. Additionally, every team member must be prepared to step into any role or position within the Flow Team as needed to support overall operations.
Location: Nectar Distribution Center, 18032 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97230
Reports to: Flow Team Supervisor
Salary Range: Hourly $22 - $26
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Accurately collect and record inventory data at various stages of the intake and delivery process.
- Data Entry: Ensure that all inventory data is accurately entered into the inventory management systems.
- Verification and Sorting: Assist in the verification and sorting of inventory by retail location, ensuring each product is correctly allocated.
- Quality Control: Inspect inventory data for accuracy and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Process Adherence: Follow established data management procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Flow Data Lead and other teammates to ensure smooth and efficient data operations.
- Communication: Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any issues related to inventory data.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to data collection and management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support: Assist with other tasks, as needed to support the Flow Team's operations.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in OLCC & State Regulations.
- Knowledgeable of all Metrc functions.
- Ability to self-manage without direction.
- Effective time management.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to work on a computer 8+ hours.
- Excel, word, and file management skills.
- Industry required worker permit.

Hours:
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, nights and weekends as necessary
